This is the bread and butter of our box and the majority of our classes are Group Classes. In order for a member to participate in these classes they must have completed our Foundations Class or have been given the ok by a coach.
These are traditional CrossFit classes that include a skill-based warm-up, skill or strength training, the Workout of the Day (or “WOD”), and mobility work. Check out the Group Class schedule here.
All of our classes are led by fully qualified coaches who take continuing education, safety, and your wellbeing seriously.
